New contract with Norwegian Electric Systems

Bertel O. Steen Teknikk AS are pleased to announce the continuation of their success with the range of BOSTEK Marine Generator Sets with MTU engines, by winning a contract with Norwegian Electric Systems (NES) for the delivery of the main and harbour/emergency generator sets for the SEAJACKS “HYDRA”, a Self Propelled Jack-Up Rig of MSC Gusto 2500 design.

The scope of supply for the US Dollar 2.8 Million contract includes four of BOSTEK Marine Gensets with MTU 16V4000M33F engines and one of BOSTEK Marine Genset with
MTU 16V2000M51A engine.
The delivery also includes auxiliary equipment, engineering, construction and commissioning.

The generators will be delivered by NES, and the gensets manufactured by BOSTEK at their modern production facility in Bergen, Norway.
